Following the success of previous editions, we are returning with the third edition of the international Warsaw Vision conference.

On 16 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m., we will meet at the Copernicus Science Centre (Conference Centre) to once again bring together the worlds of science, technology, and practice around one shared goal - creating cities that are truly accessible and friendly for everyone. The event will also provide an opportunity to inspire participants to develop new valuable projects and initiatives of an international and cross-sector nature. Once again, Warsaw will become a space for the exchange of knowledge and experience among experts from Poland and abroad, who will demonstrate how innovation can genuinely improve the quality of life of people with visual impairments. The spotlight will be on accessibility, mobility, and innovation. We will explore topics related to the use of artificial intelligence and new technologies, as well as ways of supporting the independence and safety of people with disabilities in public spaces.

This year, we have planned a series of discussion panels featuring leading experts from Poland and abroad. It will be a solid dose of knowledge, offering a broad perspective from representatives of various sectors - researchers, social activists, coordinators and accessibility experts, as well as representatives of cities from Poland and around the world.

The event will be accompanied by the international East–West Meeting, continuing a long-standing tradition of gatherings of leaders from different regions of the world and providing a platform for dialogue aimed at building a more accessible and open world.

Participation in the conference is free of charge, and registration is now open. We encourage everyone interested to sign up using the form available at the following link: https://form.jotform.com/251401137407345

The Warsaw Vision conference is the annual culmination of activities carried out as part of the project “Warsaw – a City friendly for the Blind”, whose main objective is to support the independence of blind and partially sighted people in navigating and using public facilities in the capital of Poland.

The project is implemented by The Chance Foundation – We Are Together and co-funded by the City of Warsaw.

Stay tuned - Warsaw Vision 2026 is coming this September!
